Rounding out the FGCU five-man lineup scoring was freshman Cole Castro. Castro, who was selected as a member of the A-SUN All-Freshman Team selection, finished in 31st as he shot a +17 with a 159 total (82-77). Castro highlighted FGCU by holing out on the par-4, 344-yard 16th for an eagle.

"It's exciting to go out West where we haven't been in a couple years and where we can expect some consistent weather. It's going to be fun to compete against some new teams and at a venue that most of us will be playing for the first time.
