Despite winning the series, the SCF basketball (18-10, 4-6 Suncoast) fell in a heartbreaker to St. Pete College (13-15, 3-7 Suncoast) by a score of 71-68. With the loss, the Manatees are now 8-21 against the Titans.

Classmates Remy Robert II followed with 13 points (5-for-9 FG, 3-for-7 3PT), two rebounds and two steals and Isiah Dasher with 12 points (5-for-10 FG, 2-for-5 3PT), three rebounds and one assist. Notes:
With his 14 points, Hodge now has 1,294 points in his career and 696 this season. Hodge remains 48 points away from the all-time program points record and 67 points from breaking the single season points record. Both records remain held by James Life (all-time: 1,341, season: 762). Additionally, Hodge's double-double was his 11th in his career.
Dasher's 12 points put him at 921 in his career and needs 79 to become the third Manatee to reach 1,000 career points and the second active player to do so.
